If it has been over 1 year since your last appointment, a 60 minute appointment required.

New patients:

Call the office to book. Waitlist may apply.

A credit card must be provided to book an appointment. No exceptions.

Cancellation policy:

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy (2 days in advanced notice).

Your credit card on file will be charged 50% of visit fee if the cancellation occurs 24-48 hours prior to the appointment time or 100% of visit fee if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time or if the appointment is missed.
